Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping Information
  Shipping in the Continental U.S.
Most shipments leave from our warehouse in Mobile, AL. UPS Ground is our standard shipping methods within the Continental U.S. UPS Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

Free Shipping
Occasionally we will offer free shipping on an item. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate cost effective shipping method via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Free Shipping only applies to items shipped with in the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates/Territories, or International orders.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 days to arrive. Additional shipping charges may apply so please email james@andysmusic.com with your address for a shipping rate quote before purchasing.

APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-45 days although most items arrive in approximately 2 weeks. Additional shipping charges may apply so please email james@andysmusic.com with your address for a shipping rate quote before purchasing.


International Orders & Shipping
  Eligible Products
Some manufacturers do not allow their products to be sold internationally.  Therefore, not all products on our website are eligible for international shipment.  Current brands we are unable to ship internationally due to manufacturer restrictions include but are not limited to: Yamaha, Roland, Boss, & Vox.

International Orders and Shipping
We are exceptionally cautious when processing and shipping international orders.
We are only authorized to ship to the billing address of your credit card or an authorized PayPal address.  International orders will be sent via USPS, FedEX, or UPS.  A valid phone number is required for international shipments. An "extended area surcharge" may apply to your shipment depending on the international location.

Customs Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, and/or any other fees at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. We have no control over these fees nor can we accurately predict them. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local government office for more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!). Shipping charges are noted on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. Shipping charges are not included in the value of the item.

We process and ship orders every business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All in stock orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.

Occasionally we will offer free shipping on certain items. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate cost effective shipping method via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Free shipping:
  1. Requires a minimum purchase amount
  2. Applies to ground shipments to the lower 48 states
  3. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates/Territories, and International orders
  4. Qualifying items will be clearly marked with the following image:

If an item is returned, the original outbound shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

What is the return policy?
 
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, Andy's Music has a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you need to return an item (not included in the Exceptions to our Return Policy), we will assist you with the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Andy's before returning the merchandise. Any merchandise returned without an RA will be refused.

Exceptions to our Return Policy
Due to copyright laws, song books, sheet music, videos, DVD's, CD's, tapes and software may not be returned or exchanged. Health and sanitary regulations prohibit the exchange or return of any mouth blown or in-ear device.

How to return an item
Please follow the easy steps below:

  1. Upon receipt of your phone call, we will promptly give you an RA number. 

    We will honor your return if:

    1. The merchandise being returned is received by Andy's Music® Inc within 30 days of the purchase date.
    2. The item purchased is in original condition with no signs of wear.
    3. All packaging and accessories are included, and warranty papers have not been completed
    4. Your return package has our RA number on the shipping box's label and is shipped to Andy's Music Inc 1412 Hillcrest Rd Mobile, AL 36695
  2. We will not accept any packages without a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. PLEASE do not write on the box. Package your product well (with all original packing material and warranty cards) and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label, not the product box. 

  3. For your protection, choose a return shipping method that provides you with tracking information (like UPS). You are responsible for merchandise until it safely arrives at our warehouse. Insure the items for the full purchase price and double box if necessary using the original packing material inserted into another suitable shipping carton. 

  4. If you return an item that was shipped to you with free freight, the original freight cost will be charged back to you. You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping if an item is not purchased. If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge and may not be eligible for a refund. 

  5. A refund will be made (less shipping charges) for returned items in new condition with all original materials, packing and warranty cards (if applicable). If the returned product is not in original condition, we will charge a minimum restocking fee of 15%. If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge and may not be eligible for a refund.
