Ibanez TSA15 tube amp - we love it!
There's a bunch of guys here with old ears (i.e. experience), and we know tube amps; and we love this one. Sounds like the tube guitar amps we played in the 1960's. Warm, smooth, full, tube tone. But, it can get nasty too if you want - it gives you the best of both worlds. And the amp sounds a lot louder than its 15 watt rating.
The TSA15 tube guitar amp has an Ibanez Tube Screamer circuit built-in to the preamp, and it produces the famous tube overdrive guitarist have come to know and love. It has three controls: level, tone, and overdrive. That's in addition to the volume, bass and treble controls for the amp channel.
You can use the optional Ibanez IFS2G footswitch to control the overdrive, tone, and level controls. You can punch up the gain too, with the 6db boost switch provided on the front panel, and you can switch between 15W and 5W mode using the switch on the back of the amp.
The combination of tubes, Tube Screamer, and custom matched Celestion speaker make the Ibanez TSA15 tube amp a pleasure to play. We don’t know why Ibanez didn't think of this years ago! Call Andy and get yours on the way today.
