Damaged or Defective Products
While it rarely happens, if your order arrives damaged or defective, don't worry – we'll take care of it. Simply call/text us at 251-633-8944, or email support@andysmusic.com as soon as possible. Photos and a description of the issue will help us resolve it quickly.

Return Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most items. Please note the following exceptions: special orders, software, oversized/overweight items, opened reeds or strings, and personal items (earphones, harmonicas, recorders) are non-returnable. Returned woodwind and brass instruments are subject to a $35 sanitization fee; mouthpieces incur a $15 sanitization fee. All items not returned in original condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Easy Returns:

  1. Initiate your return: Log into our website and select the order/item being returned. Returns are typically accepted if the item was purchased within the last 30 days, is in original condition with no signs of wear, includes all original packaging and accessories, and any warranty/rebate registrations have not been submitted.   2. Packaging: Do not write on the manufacturer's box. Package the item securely with all original packing materials and paperwork. Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the shipping label (not the product box).
  3. Return Shipping Options: For your convenience, we may provide a prepaid return label with the shipping cost deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can choose your own trackable shipping method (FedEx or UPS preferred). For your peace of mind, insure the shipment for the full purchase price and consider double-boxing fragile items.
  4. Outbound Shipping Costs: If your order included free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return) if an item is not purchased or if an order is refused.
  5. Refunds: Refunds (minus applicable shipping charges) are issued for returned items in new condition with all original materials, packaging, and warranty cards. Items not returned in original condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
