pad saver survival

The pad saver arrived on time and was in good shape. It is inside the saxophone as I write this. However, the shipping box arrived, smashed and ripped open in at least three places. It was a miracle that the product survived. I sent some pictures to you via your website comment page soon after it arrived. I was surprised that USPS could be that sloppy and still charge $13 for a $15 item! Maybe this is out of your hands, but I thought you might want to know. I really like the pad saver.
