The Amahi UK220B is a baritone ukulele, the largest uke we stock. The baritone ukulele has a deeper, lower-pitched sound and is usually tuned like the bottom four strings on a guitar, E, B, G, D (bottom to top).
The tone of a bari uke is different from both a guitar and a smaller ukulele and blends well with other stringed instruments in an ensemble.
The all-Mahogany body is both functional and attractive and provides a full, rich sound when compared to Spruce, which has a brighter tone. Other features include a tortoise shell style rosette and body binding, bound 19 fret Mahogany neck, diecast tuners, and a satin poly finish.
