The Cordoba C5CE cutaway acoustic-electric classical guitar features a solid Cedar top with Mahogany back and sides, and Fishman Presys II electronics.
The C5CE is handmade in the traditional Spanish style, with a carved headstock, hand-inlaid wood rosette, bone nut and saddle, and glossy poly finish. A lightweight adjustable truss rod is built into the neck for stability.
The Fishman Presys II onboard preamp system features Volume, Tone shaping, and Phase controls; a pre-wired Fishman Sonicore pickup, and low profile control knobs. Also included are a low battery indicator and a separate battery box.
The Cordoba C5CE classical guitar is ideal as a first nylon-string guitar or as a step-up for a more advanced player. It produces a warm, well-rounded tone with a beautiful sustain and is a joy to play.
