I ordered this guitar online, and the first shipment arrived damaged, with holes punctured in the outside and inside cartons and a ding/split in the face of the guitar. Not the fault of Andy's music, but Fed Ex. I got an immediate return label and the replacement was shipped the day after the seller got the damaged guitar back. The replacement guitar and accessories arrived soon after and was in good shape. I couldn't have asked for better service given the circumstances. The guitar itself seems to be very good....no sign of Andy's opening the Yamaha box, so I don't think that they did any inspection or check out before shipping to me. I really like the "vintage" finish on this guitar....not many dealers have that finish available, so I was happy to find it online at Andy's.
