I never imagined it would be so difficult to find this mouthpiece. I looked everywhere locally and finally had to to to the internet. Even though I had paid extra for two day shipping and after no action and seeing my order sit for two days with another business I was a bit annoyed. This was a gift for my grandson and by that point I knew I wouldn’t receive it in time for Christmas but I was extremely pleased to find it at Andy’s Music. I called them first to verify that they did actually have it. The order was placed online and they quickly followed up with a phone call assuring me it would be shipped out with an estimated delivery date as well. Not only did they come through, but it arrived a day before it was promised. I would definitely use them again. I passed their information on to my son-in-law who usually orders these.

My item was ordered on December 2, but was never delivered. After notifying them of the problem, a second item was shipped Priority Mail in order for it to arrive in time for Christmas as it was a gift for my granddaughter. Fortunately, it arrived in time. I appreciate their extra effort in expediting my order. As to the item, my granddaughter was pleased with her gift.
I ordered this beautiful guitar, but had to cancel the order as I found out. My granddaughter was receiving one from another family member. This seller quickly resolved my issue and quickly refunded. I will absolutely work with the seller again.
We purchased a 12C Trombone Mouthpiece Small for our grandson for Christmas. Upon opening it he was dismayed to find TWO holes/nicks in the manufacture of it and we were shocked to learn that his present was not acceptable at all!!!
