The Jupiter JEP1120S euphonium boasts a traditional 3+1 valve design with 3 top action valves and an angled left-hand 4th valve which eliminates the use of the right-hand pinky finger.
This 3+1 valve design is very comfortable to play and hold. The .590”-.660" graduated bore of this Jupiter euphonium is warm, rich, and ideal for concert band and solo performances.
Baritone horn and euphonium are often referred to interchangeably; the main difference is the bore size. Euphoniums have conical tubing whereas the baritone is cylindrical, maintaining a consistent bore size.
