The Yamaha FS830 acoustic guitar features a newly developed scalloped bracing that is designed to enhance the low to mid-range voices allowing this concert-size guitar to produce a fuller sound.
Yamaha FS guitar bodies are 10mm (.393") slimmer than the FG body style. Because of their smaller size, they offer increased comfort and playability with little loss of volume and are ideal for smaller hands and fingers. The smaller body size also helps reduce feedback when amplified, making it ideal for stage and studio use.
Other important features of the FS830 include a solid Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, 20 fret Nato neck, Rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and most importantly, Yamaha's outstanding craftsmanship.
