The BOSS DD-7 digital delay has two delay modes: modulation and analog. The modulation delay produces chorus sounds, while the analog delay produces a modeled simulation of analog pedals, like the classic BOSS DM-2.
The DD7 has increased delay time up to 6.4 seconds, an increase from its predecessor. Also, the "Hold" mode provides up to 40 seconds of input to be recorded for creating “sound on sound” performances.
Using the stereo output, you can create spatial audio sweeps via true stereo panning, or have one side with effects and the other dry. That can be a handy feature for recording and live-performance control.
You can use an external footswitch and expression pedal for hands-free control of the DD-7. Tap tempo can be controlled from an external footswitch, while delay time, feedback, and effect level can be changed on the fly via Expression pedal.
The BOSS DD-7 digital delay pedal is a proven performer with great specs and great sound. Call Andy's and get yours on order today.
