The Ibanez PF15ECE cutaway acoustic-electric guitar is one of the most affordable acoustic electrics we've ever sold. It's part of the Performance Series from Ibanez, which first appeared in the 1980s.
Its Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when played softly or finger-picked, and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed.
The Ibanez AEQ2T 2-band tone control with a built-in tuner is optimized for use with Ibanez under-saddle pickup. The 7 segments LED display enables you to tune anytime, on stage, or in rehearsal.
This PF series acoustic guitar is a breakthrough by Ibanez in offering more high-end features at more affordable prices. Important features include a cutaway dreadnought-size body, spruce top, laurel fingerboard and bridge, and Advantage bridge pins.
Ibanez Advantage bridge pins are easier to take out and put in than standard pins. A special bulb-shaped end makes the pin easy to grip and also prevents the pin from being pushed in too far. Best of all, with Advantage the pin and string stay put.
