Easy, efficient and dependable- would definitely order from again
I can't recommend this mandolin unfortunately. I needed an electro-acoustic mandolin to play for a musical and the instrument itself presented endless struggles.
First I kept having issues with the eighth and twelfth fret notes on the E string as atleast one of the strings keep fretting out making certain notes impossible without jacking the string sky high.
Second, adjusting the bridge to make notes playable caused the top to cave in.
I really wish I had bought a different brand mandolin as in this process I had two mandolins and the first was so horrible with just in ability to intonate and other issues it made me cry. All I can say is at least Andy's Music staff are excellent in helping me when the first mandolin was defective.
